You offer free counselling
- People seeking support pay nothing.
- This is clearly stated on every counsellor profile.
For counselling centres and practices
Directory, appointments, room and video. All in one licence.
Your counsellors get their own page in the directory, appointment booking and a separate room for each client. People seeking support come with a pseudonym, without real names and without an app. Video, whiteboard and cards are included.
One licence, everything included. You don't book any extras or put anything together.
Whether a large counselling centre or a private practice, free or with a fee: you pay €15 per month for each person who counsels. You decide how people seeking support pay.
For both: the first 7 days are free, and the centre lead manages the centre at no extra cost. All prices are final prices. Licences are invoiced monthly in arrears.
With name, town and the centre lead's email address. The centre lead gets an email, sets a password and invites the team. Then you try it free for 7 days, with made-up data.
If you want to carry on, write to me. We sign the data processing agreement and clear up any open questions, for example about your organisation's data protection rules. Your data from the trial stays.
They set up two-factor sign-in, upload a photo and enter their times. After the check, they appear in the directory.
Counselling needs trust. The platform works on your behalf and does not see what you talk about.
You decide. You offer free counselling, or you charge a sliding-scale fee: the first session is free, after that the person chooses 60, 90 or 120 euros per session. You bill the fee to them yourselves. What applies is clearly stated on every counsellor profile.
No. Video in the room is part of the licence. Anyone who prefers to work with Zoom or another service adds their own link. Each counsellor decides this for themselves.
Monthly in arrears by invoice. We count the highest number of booked licences in the month. The centre lead can also find the invoices in your centre's management area.
Then you decide whether to carry on. If you let me know, we sign the contract and everything keeps running. Otherwise your centre is blocked and signing in no longer works. You don't need to cancel anything, and the trial costs nothing.
Only if they counsel clients themselves. Managing the centre costs nothing extra.
Yes. The centre lead books additional licences and assigns them to counsellors. Fewer places apply from the next month.
Catholic organisations are covered by the KDG, Protestant ones by the DSG-EKD. Both have their own rules for data processing on your behalf. So involve your data protection officers early on.
Using the “Cancel a contract” form at the bottom of every page. You get a confirmation with date and time straight away.
Register your centre and try it free for 7 days. Would you prefer a demo first? Write to me at hallo@heinerfischer.de. I run onlineberatung.digital and will get back to you.
